How do personalized messages work?
You’ll start by sharing a few details about what you’re looking for through the request form. Once your request is reviewed and confirmed, it's then recorded and delivered to your email for you to save, revisit and enjoy.

Personalized messages can include names, intentions, or specific emotional support.

How long are the messages?

Quick Comfort messages are approximately 1 minute.
Extended Comfort messages are approximately 2–3 minutes.
Deep Calm messages are approximately 4-6 minutes.

 

When will I receive my message?
Most personalized messages are delivered within 24–48 hours after your request is confirmed and sent digitally.

 

Can I listen more than once?
Yes. Once delivered, your message is yours to listen to anytime you'd like.

 

What’s included in the monthly membership?
The monthly membership includes non-personalized calming audios, access to the growing audio library, and new recordings that are added regularly.

 

Is Solara Voice therapy?
No. Solara Voice is not therapy or medical treatment. It’s designed to offer comfort, relaxation, and emotional support through soothing audio.

 

Can I gift a message?
Yes. Personalized messages can be created as meaningful gifts for someone special. You can include names to make messages more personal.

 

Do I need an app?
No, an app is not required. Messages can be played on your phone, tablet, or computer.
